Responsible for Company's Corporate Public Relations & external/internal communications.

Public Relations

- Annual strategy & PR roadmap creation & execution.

- Formulating and driving Corporate PR through CEO interactions.

- Division and Support - Internal coordination with business divisions, aligning public relations for key business activities and events.

- Content Management -Review and finalize all content for related PR activities across divisions.

- Create a corporate narrative, messaging and PR strategy in line with the company's growth plans and business objectives.

- Drive the implementation of PR activities based on tangible outcomes through strategic media targets.

- Manage -PR agency briefing, SoW creation, Evaluation of ROI + Outcome measurement, and execution of committed PR plans

Internal Communication

- Ideating innovative methods for internal communication.

- Brand Awards & Industry Platforms-PR & Digital.

- Plan, strategize and implement integrated brand campaigns and user engagement activities, to enhance user engagement and increase the follower base.

- Constantly work with divisions to promote various B2C & B2B campaigns along with product offers.

- Manage -Digital agency briefing, SoW creation, Monitoring + Evaluation of SM campaigns, and ensure execution of the committed social media plans

SEO.

- Content management for SEO initiatives on the Corporate website, to increase monthly traffic and Google rank of the sites and relevant keywords

ORM- Online Reputation Management.

- Supervision of social media listening and engagement and implementation of best practices for effective ORM mechanism.
