Processing volumes of transactions across multiple processes - example Customer buybacks, dealer credits, Emails filtering etc. 2. Leading the Team 3. Audit and Feedback to the team members 4. Identifying lean ideas and delivering process efficiency 5. Monthly/ Daily Dashboards to On-site team 6. Allocation of daily volumes amongst the team members 7. Stakeholder Management 8. Managing Process KPI and deliver on SLAs.
