Deputy Manager - Commercial - Civil Works (5-10 yrs)
Looking after civil works of the project
- Preparation of techno-commercial comparison statements, contract negotiations and drafting, negotiation of rates, terms & conditions, attending technical / commercial negotiations with customers, reviewing project billing and following up with vendors for recovery, coordinating with central sourcing team and site team
- Project accounting and cash flow management, coordinating with technical and finance teams, budget tracking, MIS pertaining to ongoing projects, generating various reports for management review, handling audits
- Vendor development for outsourcing, getting quotes as per specification & negotiation, cost estimation, documenting the performance of the vendor at regular intervals
- Coordinating with PMC and architects to ensure smooth project execution on all technical & commercial matters.
