GENERAL SUMMARY: 

Reporting to the Manager of Business Transformation, the 'Deputy Manager - Business Transformation' is responsible for supporting delivery of process improvement and project management services to the assigned business(es), globally. Would be expected to operate independently as a strong internal consultant for assigned high impact business projects that create transformational value for the aligned business lines and the enterprise.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Supports BT leads in identification and completion of enterprise level initiatives to address the improvement or redesign of current structures and processes. Works independently with and leads / supports project teams to help redesign business processes using proven techniques.

2. Provides analytical, facilitation and project management services to the business partners during the course of project delivery. Employs proven tool & methodologies for assessing and documenting business processes.

3. Adept at working independently with senior leaders to develop and implement business processes, policies and procedures.

4. Communicates regularly with business line leadership, project teams and key stakeholders regarding project status and opportunities for additional initiatives.

5. Analyzes project metrics and creates high level reports.

6. Assists in developing and delivering presentations, briefings, training materials and other forms of communication.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree/ MBA

EXPERIENCE- 1-4 years

CERTIFICATION- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:  Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools, Statistical analysis

PC SKILLS:  Strong proficiency in MS Office ( including Excel and Powerpoint)

OTHER SKILLS: 

- Excellent planning, organizing, logical reasoning and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills, influencing skills and stakeholder management skills

- Adept at making business presentations/ storyboards
