The Role - To enable sales channels to align with the organizational objective of innovation, deliver unique customer experience, sales efficiency & cost effectiveness. The role's primary deliverables will be: 1) Support the development of the new Sales facing applications (web and mobile apps) in the organization by bringing in new ideas, innovation, efficiency in the process for the defined streams 2) Ensuring that the UI/UX is designed by the vendor as per the business needs and bring efficiency to the overall process 3) Drive usage and adoption of the newly developed web and mobility applications in the field sales and enhancing the Distributor and internal partner satisfaction by closely working with Channel SPOCs following a structured Change management Plan 4) Implement process to solicit structured feedback from stakeholders and field (partner, channel, field sales) around the "on ground sales experience" 5) Understand the current feedback of the tools, the pain point for sales/partners/distributors and device a strategy to continually improve their experience 6) Will be responsible for end-to-end Project lifecycle activities like - preparing BRD, Requirement discussions and Solutioning with channel stakeholders, IT teams within defined timelines 7) Designing the test scenarios, conducting and getting the testing done within timelines for a successful Go live 8) Should ensure quality testing, functional testing and proper user training and manage critical issues that may come up post launch 9) Will be supporting the team for other enterprise level changes / enhancements on the platform 10) Market research &amp; competition analysis to ensure continuous development to stay ahead Requirements - Understanding of the BFSI industry- Sales function. - Innovation, creative thinking, decision making, customer centricity, good oral and written communication skills - Post Graduate/MBA - Good at MS Application suite (Word, Excel, PPT) - Should be Self motivated, pro-active and organized
