Deputy Manager - Auto/Manufacturing Firm

- Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Position will be responsible for legal and Govt bidding / approvals.

1. Proactively safeguarding Company interest in all legal matters.

2. Independently handle Dealers related legal matters including but not limited to recovery thru legal route.

3. Ensuring delivery of summons and execution of decrees.

4. Hands-on in liaisoning with advocate, court and related Govt officers to ensure effective implementation of recovery from debtors.

5. Handles Govt process involve in bidding, registration of products and documentation for various subsidies.

6. Generating effective MIS for management with setting benchmark of total time required for each and every type of case and related processes.

8. Managing all consumer cases in various forums state/central etc.

9. Good liaisoning with Commercial officers to resolve any state related Legal or compliance litigations

- Industry Preferred: Automobile/Manufacturing/Tractors/White Goods

- Qualification: LLB and related diploma

2. Good Analytical Skills

3. Good interpersonal & presentation skills

4. Eye for details and go up to last level / in depth / research skills

5. Having Contacts with influential people in Various key states to help out of court settlements will be an added advantage

Functional Knowledge:

1. Robust Business Acumen

2. Knowledge of legal cases and outcome

3. Excellent working knowledge of Courts procedures and Other Govt agencies for execution of summons and decrees

4. Adept with Govt processes for various subsidies
