The main responsibility of this position is to look after total quality assurance activities for factories and imported goods in Nigeria. The incumbent should report to group functional head of quality and technical services. Incumbent should guide and train team of quality assurance personnel at factories.

Ensure that products manufactured at factories are as per customer specification and regulatory requirement.

- Work towards elimination of defects in manufacturing so as to offer best quality products to customers.

- Drive a system of continuous improvement to implement protocols and policies to increase efficiencies and enhancement of quality parameters.

- Monitor and supervise quality of imported goods and coordination with external/regulatory agencies including external lab(if any)

- To Analysis & resolve problems along with factory team related to process and analytical issues in the existing plant process.

- Ensuring product and process compliance related to Product quality and food safety. And adherence to regulatory compliance by issuing instructions and reviewing / monitoring relevant KPIs.

- Coordinate with market on new product requirement, development and commercialization thereof.

- Maintain, develop and build relationship with local vendors. Conduct periodic audit to ensure product procured adheres to the desired specification(s) and standard(s)

- Conduct all quality related audits in factories and warehouses

Educational Qualification: B. Tech, M.Tech (Food technology , Food Engineering)

5 - 8 years total experience in Food processing industry with quality control exposure. The candidate should have "hands on- experience in quality control for food industry

- Knowledge on testing process/parameters

- Knowledge on Quality Audit/ISO 22000/HACCP

- Team player

- Able to coordinate with different functions

- Working knowledge of English is must

Compensation & Benefits :

NSP- 1600 - 2200 USD, Grade Deputy Manager/ Associate Manager.

There will be an additional LA of 850 USD [Bachelor], 1400 USD [married] & 1800 USD [married with kids]

This position will have accommodation as per policy. Single[Shared Accommodation] Married [Independent Accommodation]

There will be a car provided for office purpose.

Utilities will be taken care by the company.

On completion of 11 months in the company, there will be 30 days paid leave. To and fro tickets taken care by the company
