Desired Skills & Experience :
1. MBA/MA -Organizational Psychology or Post Graduate in Personnel Management / HR
2. Minimum 8- 10 years of relevant experience in the Infra/Real Estate/EPC Industry
3. Experience of implementing strategic HR initiatives at Project site in line with the overall objectives
4. Experience in TA, HR operations & Developmental HR
5. HR Technology - Oracle, SAP HR, HR Analytics
6. Experience of executing end-to-end HR processes at the ground level including manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
7. Experience of maintaining healthy relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including the societal stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Partner with business to arrive at win-win solutions for both business and talent
2. Hiring the right talent by optimizing on the parameters of quality, cost, and time
3. Ensure adherence to all people processes both from timelines and quality of how these processes are experienced by employees.
4. Drive employee experience and connect with the employees in the region, be the culture custodian, uphold organization culture and values, and create a culture of recognition.
5. Be the face of all strategic people initiatives and should also share on ground information about employee welfare and competition best practice
6. Creation of JD/ JS of new roles and aligning for existing roles.
7. Induct and Onboard employees by providing quality and timely support. Following group guidelines.
8. Provide valuable regional data, TNI to L&D lead and execute L&D initiatives and capability development plans.
9. Resolve employee queries and grievances effectively at regional level Implement and exhibit Company's Competency Framework and align during TA and L&D processes.
10. To attract and select the right fit talent from Target Industry.
11. Ensure alignment of strategic workforce plans to the short-term business resource needs; Provide insights in devising sourcing plan and determining recruitment channels for sites
12. Identifying and Hiring Candidates in optimum digital manner (oracle taleo) and as per TAT.
13. Responsible for end to end recruitment process for relevant positions from sourcing profiles, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, driving negotiations on their CTC as per hiring guidelines and Internal Mobility.
14. Organization structure design for the Site and Region updating it as per changing requirements of the Site.
15. Contribute to Strategic Workforce planning process and document long term requirements for the Region basis the Business objectives and labour market dynamics.
16. Communicate Company's core values, vision and mission to the Site and ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
17. Work towards building a robust leadership pipeline for Region future readiness.
18. Execute performance enabling processes i.e. KRA deployment & managing performance, performance appraisal & feedback, Grievance Redressal, etc., in collaboration with Regional HR Head & functional Heads
