- Candidate should be hands on in digital marketing

- Perform market, competitor and internal research, collate data, and prepare statistics throughout the year. Monitor website analytics

- Contribute ideas and suggest new initiatives or areas of improvement

- Contribute to the ongoing development and monitoring of internal relations and brand management

- Co-ordinate with Advertising Agencies, Media Agencies, Vendors, Printers and Research Agencies: Supervise and ensure quality in production of various collaterals. Prepare agency briefs and / or draft press releases as required. Assist in media purchase, scheduling and releasing

- Assist with promotional activities

- File and maintain reports / records. Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases: File and maintain records / data on ERP. Vendor management - filing bills, estimate and processing payments on ERP. Vendor management - filing bills, estimate and processing payments
