We are looking for DM/AM Finance ( ICWA/ CA Inter) for our client offIce in Chennai at Arumbakkam

Experience- 3- 7 years

Joining - Maximum 30 days

Qualification- B Com + CA( Inter) or ICWA

Deputize the Head Finance and should be capable of rising up to that position!

Responsibilities include :

- The accuracy of the Books of Accounts

- Reporting to the Headquarters monthly Financials

- Tabulation of monthly/ periodical MIS for the Senior Management

- Statutory/ Tax/ Transfer pricing Audit co-ordination

- Statutory compliance ( Company Law, Direct & Indirect Taxation, PF/ESI, etc.)

- Preparation of Annual Budgets, monthly Forecasts and Variance Analysis

- Internal Audit compliance

- Control & contribute to improvements in processes of the company

- Analysis of financial data to suggest process optimization, improving client profitability and other serious revenue leakage issues.

- Coordinate with the sales teams for prompt collection, invoicing and troubleshooting

- Managing the Account Receivable Team

- Should be a good team player and an effective leader

- Finalization of accounts/ Recon

- Direct & Indirect Taxation

- Adaptability

- TDS maintenance

- Presentation

- Adjust with team members/peers/superiors

- And other statutory compliances

- Prepare chart of accounts

- Basic ERP knowledge
