Role:

- Ensuring Accounting of all day to day financial transactions in SAP & monthly closing of accounts.

- Monthly Marketing Variable Cost Provision,PRF computation, other provisions.

- Controlling of incentives provision, salesman incentive provision, finance subvention, AMC incentive provision, etc.

- MIS Reporting, Finance MIS, Price Increase/Revision releasing in SAP.

- Computation and control of various marketing schemes.

- To participate in various meeting to understand the business requirement and to support them by providing various analysis & reports.

- Coordinating with IT team for development of business applications and also its maintenance

- Profitability analysis for vehicles, spare parts and service agreements.

- Computation of cost and profitability for institutional tenders and marketing schemes.

- Exposure in banking activities like BG, LC, Receipts, Payments etc

- Timely completion of Internal & Statutory External Audits.

- Monthly analysis of discounts, Credit Note posting etc,

- Ensuring statutory compliances w.r.t. TDS

- Adherence to organization's internal governance policies.

Other Responsibility:

- Implementation of Corporate Governance policies.

- Follow up with Sales & Marketing team regarding implementation of improvements suggested by Internal/External auditors.

- Facilitation to regional sales & marketing teams in operations
