Deputy Manager - Accounts & Finance - Auto/Manufacturing

JOB TITLE : Dy. Manager - Accounts & Finance.

LOCATION : IMT, Manesar.

QUALIFICATION : CA / MBA / M.com

EXPERIENCE : Min. 5+ Years of Post qualification experience. (Manufacturing experience preferred.)

Job Role :

Management of overall financial accounting operations of the organization including closure of monthly/Yearly books, Preparation of Financial statement (PL, BS and CFS and other financial indicator) and Statutory/Internal Audit.

- Accounts & Finance,

- Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, Commercial,

- Taxation, GST.

Specific Requirements :

- Hands-on experience in working with the Finance Head for the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans.

- Possess knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes which include TDS, GST, Service tax and VAT.

- Leading a team for GST implementation, Monthly variance analysis for P&L items against budgeted & Forecast prepared & presented weekly and monthly management reports e.g. stock ageing, absolute stock, abnormal expenses, cost and benefit analysis.

- Demonstrated excellence in significantly reducing the paid up inventory ration through linking the supplier payment outstanding with inventory holding.

- Team Player with excellent analytical & interpersonal skills with abilities in grasping new concepts & utilizing them in a productive manner.

Salary offered : 8 - 10 LPA
