Job responsibility:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (e., IFRS, GAAP).
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify financial trends.
Auditing:
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Review and evaluate internal controls and risk management processes.
- Prepare audit reports and recommendations for improvements.
Taxation:
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor and control expenditure and cash flow.
- Advise on investment strategies and financial risk management.
Advisory Services:
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients on business growth, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Assist clients in financial decision-making and long-term financial planning.
- Offer guidance on regulatory and compliance issues.
Compliance and Regulatory:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage statutory filings and documentation.
