Deputy Head - Tribe/Digital Business Expert - BFS (10-15 yrs)
Deputy Head of Tribe / Digital Expert - Saudi Arabia
1. Term: 12 months
2. Location: Riyadh, KSA
3. Experience requirement: 10-15 years
4. Project Scope: Digital business, Agile operating model, Product Owner / Agile expert
5. Language requirements: English fluency
Role:
- Revamp of mobile app - support Head of Tribe in oversight over various squads; escalate any issues in a timely manner
- Revamp of other digital channels -Token (youth app) and Bouki (mobile wallet)
- Run the Tribe-squad setup across stages of Ideation, Scoping, Development and Delivery as per agreed process and metrics
- Own the Agile related processes and oversee their execution as well as improvements based on retrospectives.
- Monitor and report Agile Co-dev related KPIs and suggest and execute corrective action as needed.
- Liaises with Product Leads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of scope and priorities across squads / tribes
- Adoption and Implementation of relevant Tools as part of the Agile process.
- Participates in Sprint demos and provides feedback on features delivered
- Report to Management on metrics and performance and any escalations related to Agile
- Agile rollout: Coach and mentor squad product owners in the agile way of working
- Support the Head of Payments and Digital and other key stakeholders with any other digital related engagements and reports
Qualifications/ expectations required:
- 10-15 years Relevant experience in digital projects and delivery, with at least some experience in Agile
- Knowledge: Strong digital educational/experiential background
- Experience with financial institutions, payments, and digital business
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Strong team player, results driven and high level of energy & initiative
- People and workstream management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
