We are looking for preferably Masters in HRM and other relevant fields from Tier 1 colleges with relevant experience. The Job will be positioned in Hyderabad. Job Description - Performance Management is a strategically important function for our organization.

The Deputy HR Head - Performance Management will be responsible for:

- Responsible for creating a culture that fosters high performance innovation and customer focus

- Develop & Manage performance tools, processes and programs and projects to evaluate, measure and improve employee performance

- Generating awareness & monitoring resources in performing their daily task will enable employee skills and an organizations overall quality of work

- Assess & develop appropriate key performance indicators & performance goals for specific positions & departments

- Analyze the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance & provides reports to management

- Take ownership of driving organizational performance at department, division, and company-wide levels

- Partner with senior business leaders to diagnose challenges in the current process and systems and continuously enhance them to deliver desired results

- Responsible for reporting on key metrics to the Founders

- Responsible for design and delivery of customized Individual Development Plans

- Facilitates organizational structure design/redesign efforts to ensure the realization of intended business objectives
