1. PLAN, EXECUTE & MONITOR :
a. To establish products of the units to achieve budget volumes with best realization.
b. To provide full orders/load in monthly production program as per assigned regional
- Develop rapport with customers and prospects, to maintain the market network for timely information on prospective orders. Regular prospecting in the market /customers for generating enquiries for items which are most suitable and profitable. To check status and co-ordinate with the concerned unit to ensure
2. CREATE NEW DEMAND & VAP - Creating new demand in existing & new customer / market segment & penetrate value added / new products for enhancing growth & profitability for business.
- To scan the market & select VAPs for development and ensure business for targeted volumes including utilization of installed VAP equipment. Introduction of new products & commercialization.
3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY :
a. Business development in new segments (Technical textile, Home textile), unexplored territory / customers in their respective regions through B&R.
b. Lead & deploy the marketing strategy to establish company as brand in the assigned regions.
New /identified market exploration & establishment of identified profitable segment And enhance customer base in existing markets Identify new markets & establish the identified segment to be profitable. Create pull from B&R for establishing brand Through marketing communications, extensive travel to each markets & trade events Niche marketing for existing VAP s & new products
4. MARKET RESEARCH & INTELLIGENCE :
a. Capture market : Intelligence networking, chain(users traders / agents / B&R).
b. Forecasting trends for products in assigned territory to tap business Opportunity. through intense across value / manufacturers /
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
a. Resolution of customer complaints in time bound manner.
b. Customer satisfaction by ensuring good services such as: technical services / CVP / CRM / KAM / CAP.
- To liaison with the technical / commercial teams for quick resolution of customer complaints w.r.t product quality & services.
6. WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT - Working Capital Management through minimizing finished goods stocks & accounts receivables in their respective regions.
- Control of receivables & ensuring timely payment. Coordinate with plant & customers, for achieving targeted Inventory of finished goods within norms.
7. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT - Plan and assist training for enhancing skills of teams ;On job training, guidance and Multi-skilling for teams
