Deputy Head - Banking (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Deputy Head of Banking vertical to ensure timely payments from the customers and banking partners. You will also play a pivotal role in building bandwidth to streamline banking/commercial operations within the organization.
Primary roles and responsibilities include:
- Hands-on experience in home loan operations, documentation and disbursement
- Formulate a strategy to foster long-term relationship building with banking partners
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Take necessary remedial actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues to streamline transactions
