Role :
7. To analyse the regulatory changes in the automotive world to understand the opportunities and threats arising out of the changes.
8. Planning and Organizing Customer Outreach programmes like Technology days etc. at customer premises to showcase product offerings & new technology, subsequently supporting to build brand amongst customers.
9. Executing Customer Satisfaction surveys for customers, identifying Gaps in Customer needs and actual deliverables from company and subsequently, jointly prepare action plan to bridge the Gaps.
10. Compiling and Analyzing data for vehicle production and sales for the vehicle segment supporting the group companies with inputs for their budgeting & long range planning.
11. Providing Group Cos. with competitor information and other key inputs to help prepare strategies for securing new business or sustaining current business.
12. Analyze Market Share - Prepare Customer wise and product wise market share analysis and share with Group companies to explore business opportunity and improve SOB.
13. Coordinate with industry bodies for monthly/annual reports on OE, OES, exports, commodity data, model wise & market trends, updates on EV/BSVI/GST etc.
Desired Profile :
1. Should be a Mechanical Engineering graduate with minimum of 16 + yrs of experience.
2. Should have strong influencing and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work effectively with Internal and External Customers.
4. Strong Customer Relationship management.
