Deputy General Manager - Treasury (External borrowing)

This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising from banking and multilateral institutions. Fund raising would be domestic as well as overseas in the form of Term loans/ ECBs.

Role:

- Meeting with the bankers/ multilateral institutions for fund raising activities

- Managing relationships with Banks

- Adding lenders for diversification of borrowings

- Preparation of CMA/ proposals for bankers and resolving queries

- Managing end to end sanction to drawdown process

- Monitoring all post disbursement compliance monthly

- Preparing timely treasury related MIS

- Knowledge of back-end processes related to drawdown of loans

Qualification & experience : CA/ MBA Finance

Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in fund raising / ECB

Essential skills:

1. Handled treasury functions of a HFC / NBFC / Indian Bank

2. Has raised funds in current role, especially from foreign banks and multilateral agencies

3. Having relationships at senior levels in banks

4. Good communication skill, multi-tasking skills and presentation skills

5. Skilful in planning tasks and able to prioritize work and ability to work strategically

6. Good Collaboration with various functions
