- Drive continuous improvement for T&TQ and Delivery - Certified / Trained in Black Belt (Desirable) - Mentor Green Belt/Yellow Belt projects - Manage Call Quality / Training & Client related KPI's - Evaluate trainer effectiveness and take corrective actions.
