Responsible for entire direct / Indirect Tax role for the company. - TDS Deposit along with filing of TDS Returns, entry thereof in the books of accounts including rectification / revision / reply to Notices etc.&nbsp; - Preparation of data required and Filing of GST Returns, Deposit, entry thereof in the books of accounts and reconciliation thereof with Books of Accounts and dealing with any notices received from department. Application for IEC Code and amendments thereof.&nbsp; - Preparation of Data for VAT / GST Assessments. Registration under GST / TDS / IEC / PAN for new companies and amendments for existing .&nbsp; - Income Tax - Advance Tax Computation, Preparation of Income tax computations as per normal provisions of the Act and MAT considering IND-AS and ICDS, Filing of ITRs, Matching of intimation with ITR filed, taking corrective action for rectification - Preparation of Tax Audit Report thereof, knowledge of Transfer pricing and keeping its documentations.&nbsp; - Preparation of tax note in financials statements as per IND-AS, which includes Computation of Deferred tax &amp; Effective Tax Reconciliation on standalone and consolidation level.
