Core Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Talent Management: Identify and develop organization wide talent acquisition, policies, career pathing, development policies and programs that cost effectively focus on employee development. - Talent acquisition and Succession Planning: i. To create an ideal recruitment strategy including analyzing and finalizing recruitment platforms, evaluating job posting optimization and planning recruitment campaigns. ii. Ensure acquisition and career development of senior leadership across businesses and create leadership pipeline through succession planning. iii. Develop, initiate and maintain innovative and effective programs for workforce retention, promotion &amp; succession planning and drive focus on career management - Performance Management System: Oversee and supervise the implementation of an organization wide consistent performance evaluation and management process that focuses on attainment of requisite competencies to sustain business growth. - Strategic HR: Work with business COEs and other HR roles to attune and sign off Group level processes with business specific processes in talent and performance management. - Policy Making: Monitor external best practices in the area of talent and performance management and align our policies with best practices and track implementation of Group programs and policies across businesses. - Attrition: Design efficient retention strategies &amp; policies to optimize employee attrition rate. - Future Needs: To determine the future talent needs of business and proactively sources candidate.
