One of our clients - Leading Indian Conglomerates is looking for Talent Acquisition professional Dy.Gm Talent Acquisition (Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution) Position Title - Dy GM - Talent Acquisition (Corporate) Reporting : CHRO Team - Dy GM -5 members Location - Mumbai Job Purpose: - To manage end to end Talent Acquisition process at Corporate Office. - To conduct joining formalities, on boarding &amp; induction for all new joiners at Corporate office. - To undertake hiring targets for self and for team. Key Deliverable: - To develop the Talent Acquisition plan to ensure 90% recruitment is done internally by self and team. - To support VP HR in creating Employer Branding and Employee Value Propositions to attract potential talent. - To create HR MIS for implementing efficient, scalable, consistent and effective Talent Acquisition processes. - To define, develop and rollout Talent Acquisition metrics (qualitative and quantitative) and dashboards. - To have successfully used various psychometric, aptitude and excel tests a part of selection process. - To build and maintain collaborative relationships with Business Stakeholders. - Incumbent will be hiring for the below requirements: VP and above positions across Divisions. - Support &amp; Corporate Functions across levels - Officer to CHRO - Sales &amp; Marketing positions - Retail and FMCG. Desired Skills: - Managing Talent Acquisition for Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durable etc - Poses analytical skills, business acumen and ability to manage a team. - To be proficient in using MS Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A natural net worker with outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to network both internally and externally. - Ability work in a highly dynamic environment, result oriented, effective problem solver and self-motivated. - Must be a cool headed, mature person who can work with various generations. - Non-political, work focused person who aligns with the senior and is a great team player, friendly and helpful in nature. - Highly punctual and disciplined. - Must be able to work under difficult situations and high pressure including stretched work hours. - Should poses high personal integrity. Years of Experience: Dy GM : 14 to 16 years experience out of which 7-10 years should have been in Talent Acquisition role. Should have managed independently positions across levels for - Retail, FMCG, large manufacturing and diverse business group. Experience in Retail, FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, Cables, Power, Conductors, &amp; Lubricants sectors will be preferred. Educational Qualification: MBA with Specialization in HR.
