Deputy General Manager - Talent Acquisition - Healthcare/Domestic - BPO (12-18 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
- Manage Lateral & Leadership hiring across all levels for the assigned businesses, and drive the strategy and delivery
- Ensure consistent focus on Cost, Quality and closure TAT
- Senior stakeholder Management & Engagement
- Process and performance improvement
Ideal Candidate :
- 12-18 years experience, with expertise in hiring for Lateral & Leadership levels for International Market, preferably US.
- Healthcare or Domestic BPO hiring experience highly preferred.
- Ability to build processes, drive process improvements.
- Strong industry and functional knowledge
