Key Accountabilities
- Work with business heads on strategic projects that drive the business towards further growth, profitability and competitiveness
- Work on the deliverables of the annual planning cycle and also support with strategic inputs
- Help drive implementation of the sector's strategy internally and across the supporting teams
- Input into the competitive intelligence unit to assess competitive threats and craft relevant responses for respective businesses
- Understand evolving expectations and requirements of internal stakeholders and based on the same facilitate development and implementation of identified strategic initiatives in partnership with business teams
- Improve knowledge and skills of the team; focus on improving performance through effective program management and team-work
- Developing commercial strategies based on insights from market and competitor data in selected industries, geographical market areas and product categories
