Job Purpose: - This business transformation role will coordinate with various teams across the company to drive strategic initiatives - Responsible to develop and implement effective business and technology solutions that can help improve their company's business performance and value across all functions. Key Accountability : - Coordinate with various teams to drive strategic initiatives - Support analysis and coordination for implementing effective business solutions across operating model - including business processes and technology - Build business case for solutions - Support implementation and change management - Support project management/coordination Drive business analysis (including data analysis) - Closely track, review strategic, transformation &amp; business excellence initiatives for the BU Relevant and Total Years of Experience :&nbsp; - 8-10 Years of work experience in either consulting capacity or business role in successfully program managing execution of improvement projects or strategic initiatives across the corporation involving multiple stakeholders and customers - Agro-chemical industry experience is desirable (Few years of hands-on operations experience - preferably in Chemical/ Process Industries) - Should have successfully program managed execution of such projects within stretch timelines
