Deputy General Manager - SEO - Retail

Role : Deputy General Manager - SEO

Location : Pune / Mumbai

As DGM SEO specialist you will be responsible for developing and optimising our natural search performance ensuring that client brand/website has the optimum visibility. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Leads and you will define and oversee company SEO strategy, implementation and management.

- Full ownership of the SEO digital marketing channel including strategy development, implementation and management including, but not limited to, keyword research, link building, analysis and website auditing

- 15 years of overall experience with a minimum of SEO experience essential - client or agency side

- Previous experience working on SEO for fashion retailer desirable

- Understanding of and experience using web analytic tools, particularly Google Analytics

- Experienced understanding and hands on knowledge of SEO Tools eg. Google Search Console

- Strong data gathering, analytical and reporting skills including budgeting and forecasting capability

- Very strong technical SEO knowledge

- In-depth knowledge of search marketing - PPC knowledge very desirable

- Strong copywriting skills desirable

- Strong Excel skills desirable
