DGM / Senior Manager - Learning & Development - Pharma

This position is responsible for driving the global learning and Development portfolio for the organisation. The incumbent needs to be a strong learning professional who can consult, facilitate, design & support diverse learning interventions.

Major Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Design and Delivery for a diverse set of learning initiatives in the space of Behavioural, Leadership, Culture and Values based interventions.

- Act as a learning consultant with the business to identify learning needs, and devise strategy / solution that best fits the requirements

- Work with the business, globally in creation and execution of the learning interventions both short term and long term with clear high Impact outcomes.

- Lead diagnostics, in sighting and need gathering to identify and define development needs for individuals/ teams/ functions for today, and, what may be required by businesses over the next 3-5 years.

- Responsible for designing and executing long term and short term leadership interventions and OD initiatives.

- Identify appropriate delivery partners and create working relationships with them to deliver the solutions.

- Custodian for learner experience and partners experience in driving a platform of learning solutions through strong process orientation and execution Excellence.

- Develop and implement consistent data based methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Talent and learning interventions.

- Branding, communication and campaign design for learning programs.

- Exposure/ Past experience of design, development and implementation of Digital learning solutions and Managing LMS systems would be a plus.

Requirements :

- MBA Tier I/ II B-school: Total Experience - 7+ Years with min 3 years in L&D;

- Any other Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent - Total Experience - 10+ Years with min 5 + years in L&D

- Experience in a consulting space would be preferred.

- Exposure to having Managed/led long duration and short Burst Learning Interventions

- Strong Design and Facilitation Skills

- Functional Learning Interventions design and roll out would be an added advantage

- Excellent facilitation skills and interpersonal/ communication skills (verbal and written).

- Strong organizational & planning skills with keen attention to detail: ability to handle multiple tasks and details efficiently while meeting deadlines.

- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and exercise independent judgement regarding operational decisions, processes or systems.
