Deputy General Manager - Sales Support - Bancassurance - Insurance

1. Plan and roll out business plan to sales teams and partners.

2. Design and Roll out Contest and Incentives for sales team.

3. Work closely with the business heads and design contests / incentive scheme to meet the business plan.

4. Partner Management : Coordinate with partners and operation department for coding, ensure compliance, preparing review and partner dashboards

5. Automation and Use of technology to improve productivity and processes .

6. Work closely with IT, Sales and Partners on various automation projects and execute them.

7. Prepare analytical Reports including sales analysis, measuring effectiveness of campaigns designed and rolled out and monitoring SO productivity

8. Market intelligence - Bancassurance : Monitor the development in the industry and report to senior management.

Desired Profile:

Minimum 8 years of work experience in Bancassurance role form Insurance industry is preferred.
