Deputy General Manager - Sales - Real Estate/Affordable Housing Business

- Looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience with Real Estate Developers (Affordable Segment Only) based out of Pune.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for taking care of 3-5 residential projects in the Pune region

- Responsible for end to end residential sales

- Assess market and devise strategy to have stable growth

- Increase tie-ups with channel partners

- Handle existing channel partners and set up processes for effective lead generation through them

- Understand the client requirements and expectations in terms of budgets, physical infrastructure requirements, technical requirements etc.

- Manage negotiations and finalization/ closing of the deal/s in a timely and effective manner.
