POSITION SUMMARY: - Drive accurate sales planning & forecasting, trend analysis, statistical modelling, root cause analysis to tackle issues pre-emptively - Drive efficient & profitable sales across region, focused Cost Of Goods Sold (COGS) approach to achieve Rev & GM goals - Partner with multiple internal functions including Central and regional Sales team, Operations, MIS, Finance and Trade marketing to maintain efficient information exchange and set up seamless processes QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET : - MBA (Tier 1) with at least 7-10 years of experience in Business Planning, and Team Management - P&L Ownership, Commercial roles in CPG / Beverages / AlcoBev and Strong understanding of Sales & Finance - Outstanding cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills - Proficient in advanced excel & PowerPoint for data analytics & presentations - Analytical bent of mind and comfortable in dealing with numbers - Basic knowledge of analytical tools (PowerBI, Tableau) would be an advantage - Ability to motivate and drive performance - Focus on delivery & continuous improvement
