Looking for DGM-Sales & Marketing role for one of the Reputed Real Estate Organization, Sales & Marketing professional from Real Estate industry and should have 10-18 years experience in Sales, Marketing, CRM, Sales Planning

All the Managers & Asst. Managers will report to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing inputs to Head Sales & Marketing with regards to developing sales strategies and adequately generates sales plan for the project

- Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns under the guidance of Head Sales & Marketing, within the online media spheres for Emami to establish brand awareness and create customer loyalty.

- Analyzing market research data to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures and to assess customer requirements and dedication

- Driving sales through the team and channel partners as per deadlines set by company

- Ensuring supervision of Channel Partner activities at site, handhold customers & collect feedback and ensure effective booking and revenue collection processes done by Partners.

- Plans to generate sales from various traditional & non-traditional BTL activities and leads team accordingly.

Education - Post Graduate Diploma / MBA from Reputed School in Sales & Marketing.
