- Compensation & Benefits - Benchmarking and Management

- Training increased focus on building people capability

- Talent assessment, Identification of Skill gaps, develop and implement development interventions;

- Measure effectiveness and efficiency of direct and indirect sales team

- Benchmark and establish best practices for Career Progression and Development of Sales Team

- Employee Engagement develop and design ways to increase employee engagement

- Regular Update on sharing HR best practices in the industry with specific reference to sales team
