Job Purpose:

To monitor and analyze market situation and promote DLP products. To conduct a market study and benchmark analysis for product development, Sales growth, Customer Satisfaction and logistics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- The incumbent would be the Business Unit Head for the DLP products.

- Create & implement strategy for increasing the sales of DLP products.

- New product identification & creation.

- Student Satisfaction & reference building.

- Accountable & responsible for all DLP product sales, operations & post-sales satisfaction.

- Liaison with Digital Team for promotion & online DLP programs.

- Build effective relationship with the current & prospective students/parents so as to maintain good revenue increase for the organization.

- Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities & markets.

- Coordinate with other teams like the marketing team in order to develop plans for launching of new products, and then its implementation

- Responsible for sales, marketing and operations of DLP products.

- Ensure proper preparation of the marketing plans for the designated product in accordance with strategy and direction.

- Manage the inventory in accordance with agreed plans and policy.

- Handle the logistics for DLP Products.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

- MBA with 12-15 years of experience in Direct or B to C sales required.

- Earlier experience in DLP Sales will be an added advantage.

- Should have handled logistics in the prior assignments.

- Decision Making skills

- Planning skills

- Team Handling skills

- Should be able to encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing in mutual respect and cooperation.

- Ability to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company.

- The candidate should have strong marketing skills

- Should have pleasing personality and display managerial and leadership abilities.
