Job Purpose :
To build relationships in the market to enable business growth through B2B Sales in the IC&IC business
Principal Accountabilities :
- Identifying & acquiring potential customers for the IC & IC business
- Conducting regular market research & market intelligence of the industrial landscape & developments in India & abroad and prepare repository for sharing internally
- Understanding the state industrial policy thoroughly & creating knowledge documents / simple handouts of State Industrial Policy & its attractiveness
- Facilitating & helping IC & IC clients in faster decision making, improving prospect experience & increasing ease of doing business at Industrial park
- Preparing policy comparison with other state government industrial policies
- Developing & implementing a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy
- Strategizing & implementing processes to make prospective customer experience better
- Building relationships & networking with influencers
- Creating awareness about IC & IC Business amongst industrial associations, influencers, relevant industry people, consultants i.e. CA's, Law Firms, IPC's etc.
- Identifying & building relationships with market influencers (Industrialists/CA's/Law Firms/Trade Bodies & Associations/Embassies/ Govt. Bodies, etc.)
- Coordinating with the marketing function by giving inputs on activities for brand building & lead generation
- Participating & contributing in sales & marketing planning process
- Identifying & participating in relevant events & organizing events with support from marketing team for showcasing IC & IC
- Regularly reporting to management on key issues, progress & status on action plans.
- Establishing & Maintaining a client & peer professional network.

Qualification and Experience: MBA with 12- 18 years of relevant work experience
