Deputy General Manager - Sales - Aqua Feed (4-10 yrs)
Opening with one of our clients which is a leading agri business company for the position of DGM Aqua Feed sales
Job Context - The incumbent for this role will be responsible for Shrimp Feed sales handling Gujarat, Maharashtra, parts of Karnataka & Tamil Nadu (sales value of 100 crores & no of distributors - 40)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Increase shrimp feed sales & collection
- Relationship building with dealers (establish credibility in the market)
- Team Management
Candidate Requirements:
- Industry background - FMCD , Telecom, Agri or Dairy Industry
- Educational Qualification - Top B schools (4-5 years work experience), others - 6-8 years of work experience
- Functional Requirements
- Strong distribution experience
- Handling of multi brand distributors
- Past Experience of handling credit
- Past revenue handled - 50-100 crores
- Experience of handling matured markets
- Behavioural Requirements
- Ability to handle team consisting of diverse team members from various geographies/cultures
- Additional advantage if Gujarati is known
Reporting Structure - Reporting to - Head - Shrimp feed sales, Team composition - 2 Asst Managers & 10 officers
