Qualification : MBA from a Premier B School
Position: DGM Total Rewards - Group Human Resources
Job Purpose : To support & Drive the Total rewards program for the organization
Key Result Areas :
A- Performance Management :
- Initiate, Co-ordinate and facilitate the performance management process in Organization to ensure timely closure of the processes -
a). Design and implementation of a plan to ensure completion of the annual appraisal process
b) Design and implementation of a plan to ensure the completion of the goal setting
c) Design & implementation of a plan to facilitate completion of the mid year review
d) Collate data on employee performance as input into the annual compensation review
e)Create employee awareness/employee education on Performance Management Processes and Productive Appraisal discussions.
f) Organize Capability building workshops for Managers on building their skills to hold effective performance conversations
B) Performance Management: Support Corporate Function Heads to set quality goals to help build a high performance culture -
a) Facilitating Goal Setting workshops to build capability in managers to write Quality Goals
b) Auditing the quality of the goals set by managers and employees and providing feedback /report to Corporate Function Heads as needed in association with head of HR
C) Compensation & Benefits:
- Designing, overseeing and implementing the compensation and benefits programs in accordance with Philosophy& timelines for Organization
- Monitoring salary structures, balancing staffing needs with cost controls,
- Budgeting, bench marking compensation as per Organizations Guidelines
- Ensuring that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision
- Driving total compensation mapping including Salary plan, variable compensation & benefits mapping in accordance with Philosophy& timelines for Organization as a whole
d) Job Evaluation :
Provide guidance & subject matter expertise on Position Classification & Job Evaluation to Local & Global teams (business & HR) on Varying Engagements. Responsible for Job Mapping & Analysis
Qualification : Graduation + PG in HR from a Leading B School
Experience - 10-12 years of experience
