- Plan project milestones & deliverables with relevant stakes

- Support 100% execution of plan.

2. 95 to 98% resource (Manpower, CAPEX & OPEX) incorporation

 - Plan resources regarding project plan.

- Ensure resource with relevant stakes.

- Execute & adjust according to project execution status.

3. Patent filed 

- Plan patent portfolio with relevant stakes

- Submit & file patents

4. New business created 

- Referring alliance research / advanced engineering directions, Research& Advance Engineering strategy and Indian uniqueness, plan new research / advanced engineering theme within responsible commodity or new research / advanced engineering domain

- Trial based approval from Organisation & alliance stake head

5. Successor in pipeline - Create / update career development plan & succession plans for DM to DGM position.

- Execute OJT / training as planned, check and feedback
