Deputy General Manager - Recruitment - eCommerce (15-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global recruitment and talent acquisition strategy to support organizational growth and expansion
- Drive improvements to global recruitment policies and processes to ensure streamlined, effective and high-quality services are delivered, and provide regular recruitment metrics and report on progress to key stakeholders
- Influencing & managing direct cost by participating in proposal-specific (RFP) and non-proposal talent strategy sessions and applying knowledge gained to all aspects of the recruitment efforts
- Engage in workforce planning and forecasting organization-wide; collaborate with business development and hiring managers to identify priority countries and programs and devise sourcing strategy to create talent pipeline in advance.
- Supervise international recruitment team, setting performance standards and offering outstanding leadership guidance / continuous feedback and opportunities for development
- Responsible for managing all facets of resource management such as forecasting, scheduling, monitoring volumes while adjusting the resources to business objectives.
- Deep understanding of where resources are held in the organization and what they are doing and advice on resource deployment and allocation.
- Facilitate resource reusability and traceability, work with L&D & COEs to manage up-skilling/re-skilling/cross-skilling of resources as per Business needs.
- Oversee fulfillment & mobilization of resource requirements proactively (Allocation & De-allocation) in a unified manner across Geographies/ Verticals/ Service-Lines.
- The position is responsible for effective resource utilization & skills management (including POC or Demo Projects under Pre-Sales/COEs).
- Proactive planning for fulfillment by closely monitoring demand & supply
- Managing resources for Investment Projects or Projects undertaken for purposes of Business Development and Maintaining the pool of Deployable resources.
- Rotation of resources: Onsite/Offsite or across Geographies & Verticals Managing Cost
- Undertakes all other duties and projects as may be assigned from time to time.
Profile & Qualification
- Bachelor- s/Engineering Degree with a PG Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management; plus a minimum of 15 years of experience in human resource management of which at least 5 years should be in recruitment and resource management.
- Proven track record of progression, of which at least one must include international recruitment and resource management responsibilities.
- Five or more years of progressive supervisory experience working in high volume recruiting/resource management environment
- Familiarity working with labor regulations, Data Privacy and guidelines and implementing appropriate processes in at least 2 international geographies;
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and building strong relationships with internal customers - Delivery Heads and Project Leads
