Deputy General Manager - Recruitment - BPO/Inbound Customer Service

This position will be managing the complete South hiring for all the client's domestic businesses. - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai.

1. We need someone who has at least 10-12 years of experience in managing bulk and leadership hiring off which at minimum 5-6 years of domestic business hiring at a senior level.

2. Should have managed teams across multiple locations.

3. Should have been responsible for the commercials and financial metrics in Recruitment.

4. Should have strong communication capability, not just spoken but written as well.

Additional responsibilities :

- Client interactions and presentations during new customer visits.

- Prepare and present analysis on recruitment performance to internal and external stakeholders

Mandatory : Leadership hiring experience preferably from BPO/ Outbound sales/inbound customer services/retail process/ telecom managed services
