Client Details :
Our client is a leading MNC which is into manufacturing of dairy & bakery products. They are looking for a Dairy segment R&D Head based out of Maharashtra.
Description :
Reporting into the Vice President R&D, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing, executing & interpreting advanced technical projects in process & product development
- Developing technical solutions to complex problems
- Setting up and operating the pilot lab & research lab
- Selecting & evaluating various raw materials
- Managing 6+ projects individually (mix of high and low complexity)
- Managing & conducting various independent & complex R&D projects
Profile :
Ideally you are a full-time food / dairy technologist and Masters (preferred) with at least 15 years of experience in managing full product development cycle in dairy segment. You should have introduced some critical dairy products in the industry. You should have excellent stakeholder management and effective communication skills. You should have an excellent track record in your earlier professional stint and should be ready for the next challenging assignment in a fast-paced environment.
