Assist the General Manager Quality in the creation and upkeep of the quality manual - Suggest additions and modifications based on ongoing requirements Implement quality measures on site as per quality manual approved by management - Assist in the training of employees - Oversee the work of the site quality engineers, and resolve arising issues&nbsp; - Drive continuous improvement in construction techniques - Identify flaws in existing practices and provide alternatives to drive improvement - Document the same and use for future projects - Research innovative processes of construction and various options of products available in the market - Assist the contract team in finalizing the exact product or process for a particular project - Ensure quality of the material procured for projects - Approve a list of quality standards for materials and ensure that the tenders and contracts conform to these - Ensure that the material checks happen on the site based on tenders and contract information
