Deputy General Manager - Production - Injection Moulding & Paint

- Needs to have experience in Managing staff & depts. like Stores, Quality, Production - Moulding, Paint Shop, Assembly, Planning.

- Mandatory Knowledge of Paintshop & Moulding at Managerial Level.

- Responsible for the production activities including Injection Moulding, Paint Shop, Assembly, etc. He would be responsible for Production.

- Should have knowledge of Production Control Systems.

- To support R&D & innovation of products.

- Should be adept to working under crunch situations and delivering results as per management and customer requirements.

- Ensure products as per customer requirements & meet customer needs.

- Should possess Leadership Skills.

- Monitoring and overseeing of each department in the Units.

- Knowledge of Plastics Components and Painting Process (Preferred ABS Paint ) are mandatory.

- Good Knowledge & Experience of Moulding & Paintshop at Managerial Level.

- Needs to have very good communications skills both written and verbal.

- Good Engineering Concepts.

Experience : 15 - 20 years

Qualification : B. Tech From Reputed Institute or CIPET

Location : Faridabad (The candidate should be from Faridabad / Ballabhgarh Only or should be interested to relocate to Faridabad)
