Job Description :
- Leading digital initiatives for customer experience enhancement projects leveraging emerging technologies like mobility, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, etc
- Prioritizing product features by analyzing user feedback
- Creating and executing various products for the company & supporting various lines of business
- Working with external vendors to develop product & feature and rollout
- Developing the website and multiple B2C applications
- Managing and monitoring external digital agencies and their productivity
- Developing and managing digital budgets
Profile :
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science from Tier 1 institute
- 7+ years of experience in a digital product development role in a consumer facing business
- Experience in digital and SaaS products
- UX/UI, Product development and project management experience
- Understanding of emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc
- Proven experience in growing markets for technology products
- An ability to collaborate internally and externally with suppliers/business partners
- Self-starter, independent and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
