Deputy General Manager - Procurement - Manufacturing (8-12 yrs)
DGM - Procurement -
- Must have experience in operations management
- Experience in cement procurement will be an added advantage
- Should be currently leading a team of people
- Exposure to SAP MM must
- Exposure to Ariba
Educational qualification:
- Full time graduation with MBA (supply chain management)from any premier institute
Professional experience:
- 8 to 12 years experience in corporate procurement function handling raw materials, capex & Opex purchase
Reporting relationship:
Functional Reporting : Head Procurement
Team leader role - 6/8 people will report into this position
Role:
- He would be responsible for the procurement of raw materials. Cement, Fly Ash, resins
- Will look after imports and capex purchases.
- Design, implement and manage Ariba.
- Also, responsible for inbound and outbound logistics.
Accountabilities :

- Process improvements:
- Ariba implementation
- Sourcing & Commerce automation modules
- Hands on experience on SAP MM module
- E-procurement tools and data analytics
- Statutory compliance & audit compliance on checks and balances
- Exposure to digitization of procurement processes
