We are looking for DGM- Process & Audit ( O&M) for our client with pan India presence based Gurgaon.
Job Details :
Location : Gurgaon
Nature of Role : Team Management - Manager - Process, TQM, Training, Audit / Compliances
Work Timings : 9AM-6PM, 5 days working however candidate must be flexible and open to stretch
Experience : 12+ Years experience and proven track records in Deployment/O&M in Service Industry. .
Education : BE/BTech
Mandate Knowledge Required : Knowledge of Passive Infrastructure Products
Job Purpose :
- Implement, review and improve the guidelines and processes required to achieve overall business objectives framing appropriate processes and guidelines creating systemic controls.
- Competency development and deployment.
- Governing and ensuring the level of process compliances.
- Analyse operational risk factors to reduce risk score through compliances on internal audits.
- Assist in improving TQM score for O&M
