Desired Candidate Profile - MBA/MHRM/LLB / ISW - Minimum of 18 - 20 years of experience in plant environment - Minimum of 5+ yrs as Plant HR Manager - Experience in handling 15+team members - Experience in handling multiple Unions, - Candidates from manufacturing companies like pharma, cement, automobile or fertilizer industry . - Candidate willing to relocate to Vizag may only apply. - Candidate working in plant or factory environment may only apply. - Male candidates will only be considered.
