Leading business group is looking for DGM - HR to head a plant, located in Chennai.

Experience : 16-22 years

Designation : DGM - Human Resources

Location : Chennai

Education : 2 year PG program in HR

CTC Range : 22-30 lacs

Industry : Manufacturing

Job Description :

- Should take care of entire Plant HR/IR .It is plant with 1000+ employees (direct or indirect).

- HR/IR/Welfare/CSR/Admin/Canteen etc functions reports to this position.

- Should have experience in handling Labour/internal union, Settlement, Public Relations, Local Matters and Settlements and Disciplinary matters.

- Experience in handling wage settlement and employee unions

- Dealing with external stakeholders such as Govt authorities, Leaders etc.

- Should handle entire compliance/plant operations .Strong in understanding plant operations, production schemes/manpower studies.

- Should Understand the Factory Culture, Productivity measurement and Workforce Optimization.

- Facilitate change management process across all levels / plant areas.

- Have Thorough Knowledge of HR Processes like PMS, Recruitment, Manpower Retention, Skilling, Employee Engagement etc

- Good Team Player and Leadership Skills, Good communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, high on relationship, and enthusiastic candidate

- Should have had a stable career path ( not more than 2-3 jumps in a 20 year career).

- Should be able to speak, read and write Tamil.
