- Project Progress review and control through acceptable review techniques and standards.

- Review, revision and monitoring of project schedules with respect to time and cost inclusive of all dependency factors like manpower, machinery, plant and materials.

- Setting valuation and billing targets for projects month-wise, weekly in co-ordination with site Planning/Project Managers.

- Receivables monitoring and billing follow up of various projects.

- Project Cash flow planning and receivables planning.

- Project cost data review and control. Review of project budget monthly and generating EVM Reports.

- Material, machinery, plant and manpower monitoring of all projects month-wise (cost angle).

- Preparation of cost centre codes and review periodically.

- Verifying zero based costing sheet prepared by the Project Heads in consultation with QS/Contracts.

- Preparation of Basic Project Costs, Critical Analysis Reports and related statistical reports.

- Generating and updation of Schedules, Cash flows and MACFA reports on a weekly basis.
