Job Description:

- Define and implement Future Ready Organization for the company.

- Designed and set framework for identifying and selection of HIPOs for their Leadership development journey in the organization through Talent Circles.

- Enable integration and embedding of Key Strategic Objectives with employee Key Performance Indices for Personal Development planning and Performance Management.

- Lead a specialist of OD through Business HR & ER for implementation of Learning & Management development framework to drive Individual and Organization learning needs.

- Design and facilitate understanding of Leadership and Functional competencies with focus on Group Skill & Capability need through Instructor Led Programs, e-Learning & Short-term projects

- Lead to manage external vendor in strategizing and implementation of Assessment Leadership Development Center Lead in providing support for executive coaching and delivery of mentorship program across Model functions.

Educational Qualifications:

B.com / B.Sc. / Any BE + MBA (Both must be full time)

Language Proficiency: English and Hindi must; Gujarati is an added advantage.
